Fees, Time Frame and Service Guarantee

Rates

FMA invoices customers according to a set percentage of the applicant’s annual salary. This percentage varies depending on the nature and requirements and the avaibility of resources on the working force. Naturally, working with an established budget is preferred. Among other things, invoicing is done according to progress payments based on the results obtained during each step of completion of the mandate.

Time Frame

Thanks to its experience, FMA offers a realistic four (4)- to six (6)-week lead time. However, it is impossible to control factors that are not related to the recruiting process, and which are the customer’s responsibility.

Service Guarantiee

FMA will continue to work until it has successfully fulfilled the mandate. FMA ensures customer satisfaction and will replace any assigned person at no additional cost for a period of six (6) months, should that person resign or be dismissed by the customer. This guarantee of satisfaction forms an integral part of the offer of services.
