Thanks to its experience, FMA offers a realistic four (4)- to six (6)-week lead time.
However, it is impossible to control factors that are not related to the recruiting process, and which are the customer’s responsibility.
Service Guarantiee
FMA will continue to work until it has successfully fulfilled the mandate.
FMA ensures customer satisfaction and will replace any assigned person at no additional cost for a period of six (6) months, should that person resign or be dismissed by the customer.
This guarantee of satisfaction forms an integral part of the offer of services.
