From 1994 to date

FMA played a strategic role in mass personnel recruiting of the two (2) RONA's Warehouse in 1994.Then he managed the Quebec division of Adia Canada, one of the biggest leading temporary personnel agencies in the world.

FMA developed an expertise in project start-up and business consultation. It also participated in recruiting for several companies involved in new technologies, at the local, regional, national and international levels.

Alstom Transport Canada Inc.- Calgary, Alberta
 

Alstom Transport Canada is a company that specializes in the manufacture and maintenance of locomotives and rail cars. In February 2000, FMA was responsible for establishing and reorganizing human resources following Alstom Transport’s acquisition of a CP Rail maintenance shop division in Calgary. There were about six hundred (600) unionized employees and seventy-five (75) management employees at this division. FMA was first mandated to evaluate all management employees and reduce staffing to about fifty (50) people. The selection process included, on one hand, establishing evaluation tools for all individuals in the new organizational structure and, on the other hand, selecting applicants for available positions. FMA then acted as inside consultant for recruiting new executive level management and as interim human resources manager.

Spectra Télécom Inc. is a company specialized in the deployment of wireless telecommunications network infrastructures. FMA was mandated to recruit thirty-five (35) professionals in Canada, Europe and South America.

FMA was mandated to recruit over thirty (30) professionals in the high technology sector, i.e. specialists in innovation and applied telecommunications research.

This high technology company specializes in the design and manufacture of air traffic control management simulators. FMA participated in the start-up of the Canadian subsidiary of this Australian company by recruiting staff and professionals, and establishing the human resources structures and operations.
