FMA’s search and recruiting process includes working in partnership with each client to ensure an accurate understanding of their environment, business culture and organizational values and permit selection of the best candidates in terms of hard and soft skills. A structure profile is defined for each position. This allows evaluation of each candidate, using behavioural assessment, to ensure a perfect fit with each individual role and integration with the organization’s culture.
