From 1975 to 1985, he held various human resources specialty positions in manufacturing companies and in converting and service companies (Imperial Tobacco [Imasco], Brasserie Labatt, Sordarcan). Françoys Malo began his career in the field of recruiting in 1985. Initially, he worked with personnel recruitment agencies, and then with renowned Quebec executive search firms (head hunters). In 1989, he founded his company under the name Françoys Malo et associés, Recruteurs-conseils Inc. (FMA). The outstanding success of this company began with mandates in the consulting engineering and environment sectors. In 1994, FMA received the first large-scale mass recruiting project in Quebec for the opening of the first two (2) RONA Warehouse stores. This comprised filling over 500 positions within the short time-frame of three (3) months. FMA was then asked to manage a profit center in Quebec for Adia Canada, a world leader in temporary staffing agencies, for over four (4) years.

Today, the company offers personalized service and a proactive approach to customers in the search and recruitment of executives and professionals. It is a strategic advisor to customers and a consultant for applicants.
