FMA’s refusal to recruit from its customers is well known. All applicants for any mandate, whether from a customer or from outside, are treated with complete confidentiality. |

All applicants that FMA recommends have been pre-authorized. FMA complies with all Quebec legislations concerning the taking of professional references, and requires authorization from the applicants. |
