FMA is accredited by the organization “Thomas International”. This organization has developed tools for evaluation of the candidate of the type “Behaviourism” composed mainly, of two (2) tools:

  1. by the identification of the behaviours which characterize the individual the PPA (Personal Profile Analysis);
  2. by the definition of the characteristics of the behaviours in a function the HJA (Human Job Analysis).

The purpose of these analyses is to understand the individual professional needs and matched the professional characteristics of the position to be filled.

These reports are generated by computer and avoid any matter of discrimination.
